Meditation for Creatives at the rek Gallery

Join us for centering meditation to enhance creativity every second Sunday from 12-1 pm at the rek Gallery. All experience levels welcome and instruction will be available at the beginning of the session. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion, meditation bench or chair if you prefer.
